Oman Air is based in Muscat International Airport, and it is the official airline of Oman. It was established in the year 1981 and since then, it has been operating on international and domestic routes. It has a fleet size of 23 aircrafts and travels to 41 destinations. Through this program, you can add eight immediate family members, who can earn miles for you.
Sindbad has affiliations with a number of different industry partners such as Banks, Airlines, Car rentals, Hotels and telecommunications firms. Sindbad has affiliations with Gulf Air and Etihad airways whereby when you fly from these two airlines, you get specific miles credited to your Sindbad account. Then, the National Bank of Oman is also a partner of Oman Airways offering Co-branded cards for Sindbad members. On the other hand, renowned car rentals such as Avis, Budget, Hertz and Sixt rent a car are also partners to Sindbad.
While you are using the services of any of these car rentals anywhere in the world, you get added miles as a Sindbad member. Same is the case with certain partner hotels such as Al Nahda, Golden Tulip, Rezidor Hotel, Rotana Hotels and resorts, Shangri-la hotels, Swiss Belhotel, Taj Hotels. For every riyal spent at any of these hotels, you get added miles.
